Your Questions, Answered

Don’t see your questions anywhere? Reach out to us, we are happy to answer any questions you may have to help you gain legal clarity and confidence.

Do you offer virtual consultations and remote mediation services?

Yes. Our attorneys regularly work with clients across Texas and the United States through phone, email, and secure virtual meetings. We can handle most matters remotely unless an in-person appearance is required by a court, Board, or agency. Mr. Williams also acts as a neutral mediator and provides remote and Zoom mediation services for the benefit of other attorneys and third parties who are not our own clients.

What types of cases does your firm handle?

We represent individuals and businesses in a wide range of matters, including, business law, employment law, transportation, contractor and construction, insurance, real estate and property tax dispute matters, and as well as Texas nonsubscriber employer claims.

Do you work with out-of-state clients or law firms?

Absolutely. We frequently serve as Texas local counsel for out-of-state and international law firms, providing litigation oversight, Pro Hac Vice support, and local court guidance throughout Texas.

How do I know if my legal issue is something your firm can help with?

If you’re unsure, contact us. Our attorneys can review your situation, determine whether it falls within our areas of practice, and advise on the most effective next steps- even if your matter spans multiple practice areas.

Do you handle mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR)?

Yes. Our firm provides professional mediation and ADR services for a variety of disputes, with mediator James Williams serving as the neutral Texas attorney mediator. Mediation is often a cost-effective and efficient alternative to litigation, and we regularly guide parties toward practical, mutually acceptable resolutions in civil litigation disputes.

What should I provide to help an assessment of my legal issues?

Any relevant documents- contracts, notices, correspondence, court papers, insurance information, or a timeline of events- will help us assess your matter more effectively. If you’re unsure, we’ll provide guidance when scheduling your consultation.

Do you offer ongoing counsel for businesses?

Yes. We provide outside general counsel services, assisting companies with contracts, HR matters, compliance, risk management, litigation oversight, and day-to-day legal questions on a long-term basis.
